Box Like a Lady – Mother/ Daughter Boxing
Come learn the sweet science of boxing from the ground up!
Punch Combinations, Defensive Moves, Footwork Drills, Conditioning and Boxing Terminology!!
This will be a dynamic hands-on interactive class that will be informative as well as fun!

Eligibility: Mother-Daughter Pairs
