What could be better on a summer’s day than a chilled bottle of Sauvignon Blanc? This selection has a lovely pale straw color and a bouquet of cut grass and lime. A generous palate of citrus, grapefruit with hints of herbs give this fresh, crisp wine a clean, full finish. This is a good example of the fine sauvignons from the Marlborough area of New Zealand.
