As 2017 comes to a close, I would like to thank you for the privilege and opportunity to educate, inspire and ignite you on the value of good nutrition to enhance your health + lifestyle.
A New Year is a symbolic time to create change and/or ‘Renew Your Vows’. Nutrition comes in many forms. The way you feed yourself is the most fundamental in self care.
Life is a practice that requires thoughtfulness, planning and deliberateness. Practice is repeating a behavior that you eventually do unconsciously. I like to think of it as a commitment and a promise you make to yourself. Experimenting is all part of the process. There is no failure, only feedback.
So ask yourself, how do I want to show up in the world?
